PORTLAND — Police on Tuesday night arrested a Portland man for the robbery of a bank on Saturday, Sept. 21.

Jamie Vandegraaf, 22, was taken into custody about 6:45 p.m. for allegedly robbing a branch of TD Bank at 449 Forest Ave., Lt. James Sweatt said Wednesday.

Vandegraaf was being held in Cumberland County Jail on a class B charge of robbery.
