SCARBOROUGH — Culinary creativity is spreading from Portland with the grand opening of LeRoux Kitchen at 448 Payne Road at 9 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.

The celebration includes raffles, demonstrations, knife sharpening, cookbook signings, and tastings. Gift baskets of Maine-made products will also be given away.

The store is the chain’s fourth and joins the Portland store at 161 Commercial St. as the second in Maine. There are also LeRoux Kitchen stores in Portsmouth, N.H., and Vineyard Haven, Mass.
