HARPSWELL — Islands Community Church has lined up several guest speakers for September.
On Sunday, Sept. 1, Edward Robinson will minister during the 9:30 a.m. service.
Guest speakers for the rest of the month include Connie Smith on Sept. 8, the Rev. Elizabeth Peterson on Sept. 15, the Rev. Frank Strasburger on Sept. 22 and the Revs. Carol and Richard Visser on Sept. 29.
The Islands Community Church on Bailey Island is a nondenominational church based on the teachings of the Bible. The church is led by a board that invites ordained ministers, lay people and chaplains to celebrate the service. Outreach and community service are important aspects of the church mission.
Communion is offered monthly on the first Sunday.
