ELZADIA PARSONS, above, rocked the house in preparation for the headlining act, the Browders, at left, during a memorable 17th annual Campbells Homecoming concert Aug. 16 at the Messalonskee Performing Arts Center. Three times during the show, emcee Barry Dutton or Campbells Family Singers patriarch Leo Campbell stopped the performance to bring a medical need to the attention of the several hundred in attendance and ask people to pray, reminding them that a group of Christians should be able to take time out to pray.
