Fireworks burst over the cupola of Scarborough Town Hall during the finale of the 2013 Summerfest celebration last Friday night. Summerfest racing gets under way, at right, with the start of the kids 1-mile race, looping around Wentworth School. Eventual winner Ben Cassellies, bib number 141, makes his way to the front of the pack. Summerfest featured food, carnival games, road races and lots of hometown pride.
