BRUNSWICK — First Parish Church, United Church of Christ, closes out its 28th summer concert series on Tuesday at 12:10 p.m.
This season’s final concert features Ray Cornils, minister of music at First Parish Church, UCC, and Portland municipal organist.
The concert will last about 45 minutes.
The Hutchings/Plaisted Organ Co. of Boston, one of the nation’s foremost organ builders in the late 19th century, originally built the organ in 1883. It has since undergone a major restoration in 2003 by the Andover Organ Co. of Methuen, Mass.
The concert is open to the public. Admission is by donation at the door; $5 suggested. First Parish Church is located on Maine Street at Bath Road (next to Bowdoin College). A tour of the historic building will follow the concert.
