PHIPPSBURG — The Phippsburg Congregational Church welcomes Teen Challenge to its worship this Sunday, Aug. 4, at 9 a.m.
“Teen Challenge New England provides youth, adults and families with an effective and comprehensive Christian faith-based solution to drug, alcohol and other life-controlling problems in order to become productive members of society,” stated a news release from the church. “By applying Biblical principles, Teen Challenge endeavors to help people become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well and spiritually alive.”
A freewill offering will be accepted to support Teen Challenge.
