EDGECOMB — The Edgecomb Thrift Shop will have its annual bake sale fundraiser to assist with fuel needs in the community over the winter.
This event will take place on Saturday, Aug. 10, from 8 a.m. to noon in the lower level of Edgecomb Congregational Church during Cross Point Road’s 5 Mile Yard Sale.
Baked goods, such as brownies, pies, homemade doughnuts, cookies and breads will be offered along with Gloria Bailey’s extraordinary baked beans.
Yard-salers will be participating up and down Cross Point Road. The church will offer free coffee and use of bathrooms. The Thrift Shop will be open for the event.
