7/27 at 10:12 a.m. Mark Cota, 24, of Potts Point Road, Harpswell, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on High Street on charges of unlawful possession of Schedule Z drugs and violation of conditions of release.

7/27 at 10:12 a.m. Aaron Davis, 26, of Charles Street, was arrested by Officer Ted Raedel on High Street on a charge of unlawful possession of Schedule Z drugs and issued a summons on a charge of possession of a usable amount of marijuana.
