Brunswick police issued a Westbrook man a summons for operating under the influence after a crash on Jordan Avenue at 1:50 a.m. Sunday.
Police were called to the area of 95 Jordan Avenue for a vehicle that had hit a tree. Police issued the driver, Robert Stark, 22, of Westbrook, summonses for operating under the influence and possession of marijuana.
Stark complained of chest pain and was transported to Parkview Adventist Medical Center, where a blood test was administered.
