LEWISTON — Willis of Northern New England, Inc. recently announced that it received a Willis North America Bronze Eagle Leadership Award.

The award was received in recognition of having the highest client retention rate within Willis North America’s retail group.

Commenting on Willis of Northern New England’s 2012 retention rate which fell just shy of 98 percent, Gloria Gilbert, senior vice president of operations, said, “Each individual associate’s hard work and dedication was critical in helping us reach a level of client satisfaction which enabled us to achieve this retention rate. We are proud of our culture of customer service which allowed us to achieve this honor.”
