PORTLAND — Richmond resident Michael Lane, a partner at the law firm of Preti Flaherty, was recently recognized by the legal directory, Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business, for his work in the category of real estate.

According to a news release, Lane was regarded by clients as “very efficient” and having a “no-nonsense approach.”

A total of 19 attorneys from Preti Flaherty were recognized in the leading directory of lawyers and law firms. In addition, the firm received recognition in nine practice areas: Energy and Telecommunications; Litigation: General Commercial; Environment; Litigation: Medical Malpractice and Insurance Defense; Labor and Employment; Corporate M&A; Real Estate (Maine); Corporate/ Commercial Bankruptcy (New Hampshire), and Real Estate (New Hampshire).
