BRUNSWICK — Do you sometimes find it hard to believe that you have reached maturity and are now facing big decisions about health care, retirement, housing or the care of an aging relative? Then this free workshop is for you.

Bring your lunch and munch away while Joanne Rosenthal of Aging Consultation Services gently guides you through some key decisions, and points you toward community resources that can enrich your aging experience.

Learn about health insurance and Medicare, strategies for staying in your own home, care giving and perhaps most important — staying young@heart through community engagement. Prerequisites for this class are a willingness to laugh, remember, forget, and celebrate maturity.

Please register in advance for this brown-bag workshop on Tuesday, June 18 at noon with People Plus at 729-0757. You must be a member to attend.

For more information, call Joanne Rosenthal at 841-6188, email agingconsultation@gmail.co m, or visit www.agingconsultation.org.
