WALDOBORO — On Monday, the Morse High School jayvee baseball team traveled to Lincoln Academy and won, 4-0.
Dakota Jacobs pitched all seven innings, striking out four, walking none and allowing no runs. Only two Lincoln players reached scoring position.
Josh McDougal was 2-for-3 with a single and a double, a stolen base and two RBIs. Jacobs added a double, stolen base and two runs scored, Tyler Young a single, stolen base and a run scored. Brendan Harper was strong defensively behind the plate.
Morse is scheduled to host Medomak Valley today.
