LEWISTON — Lewiston Junior High School defeated the Mt.. Ararat seventh-grade Eagles, 6-4, in baseball action on Monday.
Lewiston turned in some defensive gems to claim the victory.
Mt. Ararat’s offense received some standout hitting from Michael Rogers, Tanner Greenleaf, Cole Kelley, Kyle Brennan and Caden Temple.
Garrett Moody, Nick Merrill and Corson Swan all pitched well in the contest.
Mt. Ararat swings back into action today when the Eagles travel to Tripp Middle School in Turner.
