TOPSHAM — By a 4-0 vote, selectmen Thursday approved a bid from Pine Tree Waste for waste disposal and transportation.
Officials said the bid was ther lowest of four received, with an estimated first-year cost of $75,220.
The board Thursday approved a three-year contract with Pine Tree Waste, Town Manager Cornell Knight said.
The board also unanimously approved designation of a crosswalk at the town’s public safety building; and writing off personal property accounts older than 2008 — $12,736 as of April 23.
