BRUNSWICK — The final presentation of the Friends of Merrymeeting Bay Winter Speaker Series features “Defending Water for Life in Maine,” with field organizer Chris Buchanan, 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 8 at Curtis Memorial Library.
Buchanan’s work focuses on preventing the commodification or privatization of water. He also is statewide coordinator of Stop the East- West Corridor.
