BRUNSWICK — Police called to investigate a suspicious vehicle at Bath Savings Institution on Pleasant Street Thursday morning found a Ford Escape against the building in the bank drivethrough. Police said the vehicle was still running and in drive, and the driver appeared unconscious.
Police issued a summons to the driver, Benjamin Woodin, 19, of Topsham, charging him with possession of synthetic hallucinogenic drugs. The incident occurred shortly after 7 a.m.
