Deputy Chief Marc Hagan said police arrested 28-year-old Chad Logan on Brunswick warrants charging him with unlawful sexual contact (Class B), unlawful sexual touching (Class D) and two counts of assault (Class D).
Hagan said the charges stem from an incident that allegedly took place in Brunswick on Christmas Day involving two female juvenile victims. Hagan declined to release further details at this time.
Logan posted bail at the Brunswick police station following his arrest and was given a Cumberland County Superior Court date of May 21.
