BRUNSWICK — Focus on the Family’s “The Truth Project” will be shown at Maine Street Baptist Church beginning Sunday, April 7, at 5 p.m. on Sunday nights.

There is no charge.

In a recent study, the Barna Research Group revealed a statistic that continues to reverberate throughout the evangelical world, states a release from the church. “Only 9 percent of professing Christians have a biblical worldview. Because of this, a personal sense of significance is rarely experienced, and we spend our money and time on things that fail to satisfy and begin to wonder what life’s ultimate purpose really is.”

The Truth Project is a DVDbased small group curriculum comprised of 12 one-hour lessons taught by Del Tackett, with participation by Ravi Zacharias, R.C. Sproul and other Christian teachers. This study is the starting point for looking at life from a biblical perspective. Each lesson discusses in great detail the relevance and importance of living the Christian worldview in daily life.

Maine Street Baptist is located at 322 Upper Maine St., across from Parkview hospital. For more information, contact the church at 725-7303.
