BATH
Two people were arrested and one person injured after a fight Wednesday.
Police responded just after 1 a.m. Wednesday to 470 Washington St., and found a 31-year-old male from Topsham with significant injuries to his face and head.
Bath Emergency Services transported the victim to Mid Coast Hospital. He was later transferred to Maine Medical Center in Portland. The injuries are not life threatening.
Officers and detectives from the Bath Police Department began investigating and processing the scene.
Several hours later, police arrested Christopher Graffam, 30, of Bath, and charged him with aggravated assault, a felony.
Graffam posted $500 bail and has a court date of May 14 in West Bath.
Police also arrested Lee Patterson, 20, of Bath, on a probation hold. Patterson was transported to Two Bridges Jail. He was not involved in the assault, police said.
