
Haskins concentrates primarily on discrimination, retaliation, harassment and labor relations issues, and works with employers to find effective solutions to challenges that arise in the workplace. He also represents clients in litigation before administrative agencies, including the Maine Human Rights Commission and the National Labor Relations Board, and in state and federal courts.
Prior to joining Preti Flaherty, Haskins practiced employment, environmental and intellectual property law with Pierce Atwood, and also served as a clerk to Justice Jon Levy of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
Haskins is a graduate of the University of Maine School of Law (2008) and Bowdoin College (1999). Haskins is admitted to practice in Maine and Massachusetts.
He lives in South Portland.
