NAPLES – The Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office responded with the Naples FIre/EMS to a reported plane crash on Long Lake to assist the Federal Aviation Administration, the sheriff’s office said in a press release.

The crash was reported at 10:51 a.m. The investigation revealed a single engine Cessna had crashed while attempting to land on Long Lake. The plane suffered minimal damage and there was no injury to pilot. The information gathered by sheriff’s officials has been turned over to the Federal Aviation Administration for their investigation.
