BRUNSWICK — St. Paul’s Episcopal Church is hosting an American Red Cross blood drive on Tuesday, Feb. 19, from 1 to 6 p.m.
The church is located at 27 Pleasant St.
Blood is constantly needed, especially this time of year, and all blood donated will stay in Maine, according to a news release. A donation can help save up to three lives.
Approximately an hour is normally required for evaluation, donation and recovery. Call 1-800-REDCROSS to make an appointment. Walkins are also welcome and will be served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Use St. Paul’s building entrance from the parking lot in the rear of the church.

We believe it's important to offer commenting on certain stories as a benefit to our readers. At its best, our comments sections can be a productive platform for readers to engage with our journalism, offer thoughts on coverage and issues, and drive conversation in a respectful, solutions-based way. It's a form of open discourse that can be useful to our community, public officials, journalists and others.
We do not enable comments on everything — exceptions include most crime stories, and coverage involving personal tragedy or sensitive issues that invite personal attacks instead of thoughtful discussion.
