PORTLAND — The left lane of High Street between Spring and Congress streets is closed due to a sewer line collapse below the street.

Portland Director of Communications Nicole Clegg made no estimate on when repairs might be completed, but advised commutors to seek alternate routes to avoid traffic delays.
