FREEPORT
Two candidates will run in a March 20 special election to replace outgoing District Two Town Councilor Kate Arno.
Joyce Clarkson-Veilleux and Sarah Tracy submitted nomination papers by deadline. Polling for the election will be at Town Hall from 7:30 a.m. until 8 p.m.
