Brunswick Junior High School announced sixthgrader Nick DaRosa is the school’s 2013 geography bee champion.

Nick, who won the Harriet Beecher Stowe School bee last year as a fifthgrader, competed against 21 finalists and now earns the chance to compete at the state geography bee April 5.

Sixth-grader Elinore Kosak and seventh-grader Will Labbe placed second and third, respectively. In all, nearly 600 students participated.
