Shame on dog owners

How many times does this have to be said – pick up after your dog when you exercise it on the Riverbank Walk in Westbrook.?It’s such a lovely place to walk, but the path from near Ash Street to Dunn Street is one pile of dog feces after another (that’s poop, to the uninformed).?In this day and age, picking up after your dog is a standard rule.?I think a fine is warranted for pet walkers who are allowing their dogs to make a disgusting mess in our beautiful park and not cleaning it up and taking it away.
