WATERBORO – A school bus and car collided on Middle Road Wednesday afternoon, but no students were injured, according to the York County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash was reported around 2:30 p.m. near Massebesic High Scool, said Chief Deputy Bill King. There were 34 students on the bus.

King said no other details about the crash were immediately available

A transportation official for Regional School Unit 57 referred questions to the superintendent, who was not immediately available for comment.

King said additional details may be released Thursday.
