Browne Trading Co. has announced a new collaboration with award-winning cookbook author James Peterson.

Peterson, whose cookbooks have won numerous James Beard Awards, will be creating seafood recipes especially for Browne Trading, located in Portland on Merrill’s Wharf at 260 Commercial St.

He’ll also be illustrating the recipes with his own photographs taken at his studio in Brooklyn, N.Y.

The recipes will be featured in Browne Trading’s quarterly e-newsletters, and will be archived online as well at brownetrading.com.

Peterson’s cookbooks, according to the website, include:
