ALNA — The Alna Store on Route 218 has been burglarized, the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office reported today.
According to Lt. Michael Murphy, entry had been made by breaking out the window on the front door.
The burglary took place some time after the business was closed up, at around 9:30 p.m. Tuesday, Murphy said. Several items of merchandise were stolen from inside the store. The estimated value of property, stolen and damaged, is less than $1,000, he said.
A description of items that were stolen is not being released due to the current investigation.
