BATH — Patricia Lynn (Bevan) Hutton, 64, of High Street died Sunday, December 30, 2012 at her residence.

She was born in Pitman, New Jersey on September 2, 1948, the daughter of John W. and Dorothy E. (Hoffman) Bevan.

She graduated from Pitman High School in 1966 and worked for several insurance agencies in Philadelphia. She married Rabyrne Hutton in 1974 and they moved to Bath in 1984. She worked at CHR Reality in Bath and in 1992 she joined the Bath Police Department as a clerk, retiring on June 30, 2012.

She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Bath.

Pat was active with D.A.R.E. and several community policing programs, as well as the annual safety day at the Bath Police Department. In her free time she was involved with dog rescue programs and the Corliss Street Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her good friend Marjorie Reinertson, her extended family and many wonderful friends. Her grandchildren were her pride and joy and she enjoyed all of her time with them.

She is survived by two daughters, Geniene Marco and her husband Todd of Bath and Aleshia Hutton of Bath, one brother, Jeffrey Bevan and his wife Linda of Pitman, New Jersey, three grandchildren, Cameron, Dominic and Eliza Marco and two nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Oak Grove Cemetery in Bath in the spring. Memorial contributions may be made to D.A.R.E. c/o Bath Police Department, 250 Water Street, Bath, 04530.
