TOPSHAM — Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2197 of Topsham recently presented a certificate and check to Evelyn
Atwood of Brunswick as the winner of the Voice of Democracy Contest.
Atwood attends Brunswick High School. Presenting the certificate was Post Commander Frank Leavitt and Quartermaster Roger Stevens.
Evelyn was also presented with a certificate and a check for winning the District 7 level by District Commander Tom Rainey.
