Peggi J. Connors, 38, of 266 Foye Rd., Wiscasset, was arrested Dec. 23 at 7:12 a.m. at L.L. Bean and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.
Edwell D. Gether, 33, of 1234 S. Leyton St., Brockton, Mass., was arrested Dec. 21 at 11:26 p.m. on Interstate 295 and charged with exceeding the posted speed limit by more than 30 mph and operating a motor vehicle without a license. Gether was bailed from the police station and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on Feb. 19.
Steven H. Souchek, 58, of 19 Gray Park, Gray, was arrested Dec. 21 at 11:25 p.m. on I-295 South and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was bailed from the police station and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on Feb. 19.
Barry R. Connors, 50, of 12 Veronica Ln., Freeport, was arrested Dec. 21 at 5:37 p.m., after a single-vehicle crash at Durham and Curtis roads. Connors was not injured; he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He was bailed from the police station and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on Feb. 19.
Joseph L. Bolduc, 29, of 34 Fish And Game Road., Hallowell, was issued a summons Dec. 20 at 1:31 p.m. at L.L. Bean on Main Street, charging him with theft by unauthorized taking and shoplifting.
Teak W. Lee, 21, of 49 Sheridan St., Apt. 1, Portland, was arrested Dec. 19 at 11:25 p.m., on I-295 northbound when police said they found approximately three grams of cocaine in his car during a search. Lee was charged with unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on Feb.19.
Paul E. Lovejoy, Jr., 55, of 25B Beacon St., Apt. 10, Somerville, Mass., was arrested Dec.18 at 9:20 p.m. at Hampton Inn on Lower Main Street and charged with criminal trespass. He was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on Feb. 5.
Amie Tinker, 40, 102 Beechwood St., Thomaston, was arrested Dec. 16 at 7:10 p.m., and charged with theft by unauthorized taking and shoplifting at L.L. Bean. Tinker was ordered to appear in West Bath District Court on Feb. 5.
Gregory S. Lovejoy, 49, of 28 Collins Way, Durham, was arrested on Dec. 16 at 12:16 a.m. and charged with operating under the influence at Beech Hill and Durham roads.
Hugh M. Dyer, 25, of 35 Richmond Rd., Richmond, was arrested Dec. 12 at 10:21 a.m., and charged with theft by unauthorized taking and shoplifting, as well as violating conditions of release, at L.L. Bean on Main Street.
Michael James Gaines, 48, of 57 Court St., Bath, was arrested Dec. 11 at 1:09 a.m. at the intersection of Desert and Hunter roads and charged with operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Christopher R. Stees, 19, of 3 Oriole St., Falmouth, was stopped Dec. 10 at 8:09 p.m. at the intersection of Durham and Curtis roads and issued a summons for sale and use of drug paraphernalia.
