SOUTH PARIS — Tanner Greenleaf and Ryan Mello combined on 22 points to lead the Mt. Ararat Middle School seventh-grade boys basketball team to a 38-36 victory over Oxford Hills on Thursday.
Greenleaf scored 12 points, while Peter Lavain had six points and Kyle Brennan five.
Chris St. Pierre had 11 points for Oxford Hills.
On Wednesday in a battle of unbeatens, Auburn received 13 points from Abbi Ibraham in a 38-37 victory over the Eagles.
Tyler Morin chipped in eight points for the victors.
Corson Swan led Mt. Ararat (4-1) with 13 points, followed by Greenleaf with eight.
