PORTLAND — A special collection to aid Hurricane Sandy victims will be held at all Masses in the Roman Catholic Diocese on Saturday and Sunday.
The proceeds will support the efforts of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and Catholic Charities USA as they respond to the immediate emergency needs of the residents in affected areas by providing food, water, clothing and shelter.
