12/6 at 10:06 a.m. A 16-year-old male, of Topsham, was arrested on Republic Avenue by Officer William Collins on a charge of assault and placed on a probation hold.

12/6 at 8:30 p.m. Ethan Francine, 26, of Goldeneye Drive, was arrested on Perkins Street by Officer Troy Garrison on charges of operating under the influence and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Summonses

12/6 at 1:52 p.m. Angela Perry, 26, of Post Road, Richmond, was issued a summons on Topsham Fair Mall Road by Officer William Collins on a charge of shoplifting.

Wood-splitting woes

12/9 at 12:27 p.m. Officer Mark McDonald responded to the theft of a wood splitter, worth about $1,700, from an Augusta Road residence sometime between the previous day and the time of the call.
