The Maine Educational Opportunity Center will host free Essentials of College Planning workshops for adults 19 and older at the Midcoast
Center for Higher Education, 9 Park St., at 9 a.m.; and the Southern Midcoast CareerCenter, 275 Bath Road, at 1 p.m., both Tuesday, Dec. 11.
