BRUNSWICK — Southern MidCoast CareerCenter, the Southern Midcoast Maine Chamber and Goodwill Workforce Solutions are hosting a Career Fair on Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall, 2 Columbus Drive.
Employers representing health care, banking, manufacturing, education, criminal justice, technology and other industries will attend.
Employers recruiting at the fair include event sponsor IDEXX Laboratories, Bath Iron Works, L.L. Bean, Bonney Staffing and USPS of Northern New England.
A veterans employment representative will be available to meet with veterans interested in employment and training opportunities.
The event also will feature several other organizations that can assist job seekers, those considering selfemployment or people interested in education.
Attendees should bring a resume and should be prepared to have an “interviewlike” conversation with employers to discuss skills, knowledge and abilities. Job seekers should also be dressed for an interview. For information, call 373-4000.
