Arthur Dunlap of Poland is a candidate for the Board of Supervisors of the Androscoggin Valley Soil and Water Conservation District.
To participate in the election, ballots can be downloaded at www.androscogginswcd.org, or by calling 753- 9400, ext. 400. Ballots must be received by Monday, Nov. 12 and will be counted Nov. 19. Any registered voter and resident of Androscoggin and Sagadahoc counties is eligible to vote.
The Androscoggin Valley Soil and Water Conservation District is a subdivision of state government working to solve resource problems.
