SCARBOROUGH – Halloween trick-or-treating has been moved to Saturday night in Scarborough due to the impeding storm.

“We ask that no one attempts trick or treating on Wednesday due to concerns of wires still being down or damage from the storm,” said a message on the police department’s Facebook page.
