Madeline “Maddie” Levesque, formerly of Lyman, passed away peacefully on Oct. 5 in Virginia, with her friend George by her side. No funeral arrangements have been made at this time.
Fred E. Lightbown, 89, passed away Oct. 14, 2012 at his residence. Arrangements are under the care of Direct Cremation of Maine, 182 Waldo Ave., Belfast.
Elizabeth I. Romprey, 80, a resident of Grove Street in Kennebunk, died Monday, Oct. 15, 2012 at the Maine Medical Center in Portland, after a brief illness. Visiting hours will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012 at the Bibber Memorial Chapel, 67 Summer St., Kennebunk. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, 2012 at the chapel with the Rev. Charles Whiston officiating. Interment will be held in Pine Hill Cemetery, Wells Branch.
