WESTBROOK – Thornton Academy scored after 30 seconds, Westbrook tied it a minute later, and that’s how it finished Saturday — a 1-1 tie in an SMAA field hockey regular-season finale.

Lauren Russell scored first for Thornton (8-5-1) after 30 seconds.

Micaela LeBeau tied it a minute later from Danielle Richards.

Abbey Siulinski made 15 saves for Thornton. Nicole Miranda stopped five shots for Westbrook (10-2-2).

OCEANSIDE 1, BELFAST 1: Katrina Lapham scored on a penalty corner from Maddy Cummings with 6:43 left in regulation to pull the Lions (11-1-1) even with the Mariners (7-4-2) at Belfast.

Molly Mellor got Oceanside on the board 11:08 into the second half on a penalty corner from Jackie Thorbjornson.

Zoe Billington made five saves for the Mariners. Julia Ward had four for the Lions.

LAWRENCE 3, OXFORD HILLS 0: Kapriece Dahms scored a goal and added an assist to lead the Bulldogs (9-3-1) over Oxford Hills (3-7-2) at Fairfield.

Lauren Watson and Alexis Chamberlain scored first-half goals for Lawrence, and Dahms scored on a penalty stroke in the second half.

Abi Egan made 12 saves for Oxford Hills. Emily Tozier had two for Lawrence.

YARMOUTH 3, POLAND 0: Kallie Hutchinson, Lily Daggett and Emma Peterson scored as the Clippers (7-5-1) shut out Poland (3-7-1) at Yarmouth.

Nicole Hickey preserved the shutout with five saves. Melora Lavoie finished with seven saves for Poland.

HAMPDEN ACADEMY 2, LAWRENCE 1: Erin Jeter and Elise Arsenault scored back-to-back goals as the Broncos (10-2) took a 2-0 lead and held off Lawrence (6-5-1) at Hampden.

Michaela Hinckley-Gordon scored off an assist from Ahlin Sungsuwan for Lawrence. Paige Belanger made nine saves.

WINDHAM 3, DEERING 1: Ciera Berthiaume scored twice to help the Eagles (9-0-1) get past the Rams (7-4) at Windham.

Jenna Soucy also scored and Melissa Morton had two assists for Windham.

Simone Lauture answered for Deering.

Kate Kneeland made five saves for the Eagles. LeeAnn Downs turned away 11 shots for the Rams.

GRAY-NEW GLOUCESTER 0, YARMOUTH 0: Sammi Wilkins made 15 saves for Gray-New Gloucester (4-5-3) and Shannon Fallon answered with two saves for the Clippers (2-5-3) at Yarmouth.

LISBON 3, MONMOUTH ACADEMY 2: Chelsea Huston scored an unassisted goal with 7:20 left as the Greyhounds (11-0-1) downed Monmouth Academy (10-2) at Lisbon Falls.

Shantal MacWhinnie scored a little less than 10 minutes earlier to tie the game for Lisbon.

Monmouth had taken a 2-1 lead on a goal by Danielle Bumann. Kylie Kemp scored in the first half to give Monmouth a 1-0 lead. Kayla Angelico tied it later in the first.

CARRABEC 5, WINTHROP 0: Ashlee Knight had two goals, both on direct kicks, as the Cobras (4-7-1) downed the Ramblers (0-11-1) at Winthrop.

Skyla Murray, Makayla Willette and Molly Gray also scored, and Mikayla Leeman and Leonna Dunphy each had an assist. Macy Welch and Sarah Larlee combined for nine saves for Carrabec.
