SOUTH BERWICK — Noah Kreider caught two long touchdown passes to lead Marshwood to a 20-0 win over Cape Elizabeth Friday night.
The Hawks improved to 5-1, while the Capers dropped to 2-4.
After a scoreless first period, the Hawks got tricky. Running back Nick Janes took a hand-off and then lofted a 40-yard scoring pass to Kreider.
Later in the second period, quarterback Cameron Roll found Kreider for a 67-yard bomb and a 14-0 halftime lead.
Roll made it 20-0 with a one-yard rollout into the end zone in the third quarter.
Marshwood plays at Spruce Mountain next week, while Cape Elizabeth will host Fryeburg Academy.
