AUBURN — Police say a man’s body has been recovered from a lake in Auburn, Maine.

The body was spotted by a worker with the Auburn Water & Sewer District near the western shore of Lake Auburn on Thursday morning.

The victim’s identity is unknown.

An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause of death.
