The Planning Board was to conduct a site walk this morning at Grimmel Industries Inc., before continuing a public hearing tonight on the company’s proposed site plan amendment.
Grimmel has submitted an application to amend its site plan for 80 Pejepscot Village.
At tonight’s Planning Board meeting, 7 p.m., the board will also consider an amended site plan submitted by Dale Crafts of Crafts Storage, Inc., 7 Center Park Road, for a proposed automotive sales lot expansion.
The board is also scheduled to consider Serenity Lane as a street, and may hold a workshop on multifamily dwellings.
