BANGOR — Paige Tetu scored on a shot from about 35 yards in the second minute of overtime to give Brunswick a 2-1 win over Bangor in a clash of unbeaten girls’ soccer teams Friday.

The loss ended a 25-game winning streak for Bangor (7-1), which was ranked first in Eastern Class A.

Grace MacLean gave Bangor a 1-0 lead about six minutes into the game.

Second-ranked Brunswick (8-0) tied it on a goal by Anna Cowan with just under 12 minutes left in regulation.
