9/1 at 9:16 p.m. Joshua Thibeault, 36, of Poland, was arrested on Bypass Drive by Officer William Collins on a charge of operating under the influence.

9/6 at 1:25 p.m. Luke Enger, 22, of Bluff Road, Bath, was arrested on Topsham Fair Mall Road by Officer William Collins on a warrant and a charge of theft.

9/6 at 9:34 p.m. Jonathan Merry, 28, of New Meadows Road, West Bath, was arrested on Main Street by Sgt. Mark Gilliam on a charge of operating under the influence.

Summonses

9/2 at 9:01 a.m. Brittany Waterman, 22, of Seafarer Lane, Bath, was issued a summons on Hamilton Court by Officer William Collins on a charge of operating after suspension.

9/3 at 4:49 p.m. Tiffany Swiger, 37, no address listed, was issued a summons on Lewiston Road by Officer Robert Ramsay on a charge of failure to register a motor vehicle for more than 150 days.

Smokin’ in the boys room

9/6 at 1:42 p.m. Police responded to the complaint of a large firecracker being set off in a boys room at Mt. Ararat High School on Eagles Way. A toilet was destroyed, and plumbing damaged. Officer Troy Garrison is investigating the incident.
