Jean M. Garrec, 63, of 12 Sandy Beach Road, Freeport, charged with disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise and refusing to sign summons on Sandy Beach Road.

Matthew S. Gleason, 58, of 812 Barton Springs Drive, Fairview, Texas, charged with operating under the influence on Main Street.
