Summonses

8/13 A 17-year-old girl, of Bath, was issued a summons on charges of possession of tobacco products, possession of a usable amount of marijuana, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of Schedule W drugs and possession of Schedule Z drugs.

8/13 George Markos, 23, of Cottage Street, was issued a summons by Officer Jason Aucoin on Cottage Street on charges of possession of Schedule W drugs and violation of condition of release.

8/18 Brandon Mitchell, 26, of Beacon Street, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Chandler Drive on a charge of shoplifting.

8/18 Crystol Quintana, 25, of Beacon Street, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Chandler Drive on a charge of shoplifting.

8/18 Andrew Small, 36, of Edwards Street, was issued a summons by Officer Richard Ross on Edwards Street on charges of violation of a protection order and violation of bail.
